Agency Development Officer (ADO) for Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan
Responsible :
• Support the sales office in attaining business goal by initiating the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of new sales team.
• Prepare training material and become presenter at BOP (Business Orientation Presentation) and Business Gathering.
Requirements :
• Male / Female graduate with university degree (D3 or S1).
• You should be 28-40 years old.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field / sales is required for this position.
• Full time positions available.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of english will be a plus point.
